Regular full-time position in a teaching university.
Duties are to: develop and prepare lessons; instruct, assess and grade student achievement in the Management discipline with a focus in labour relations and human resource management at the undergraduate and graduate levels in the Faculty of Management.

Candidates must demonstrate commitment to teaching, learning and student success through scholarship and institutional service. Successful candidates will participate in a wide range of activities outside the classroom, including student support; institutional, faculty and departmental committee meetings and other initiatives; and professional activities in keeping with their disciplines in and outside the institution.
A doctoral degree (or ABD) in the field of Management with a focus supportive of the noted instructional areas from an appropriately accredited institution; requisite recent experience and expertise in teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses in the noted subject areas; relevant applied professional business experience; and a record of engaging in scholarly activity. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on teaching and student learning, demonstrated competency working effectively in a team-oriented environment and will be responsive to diverse learning styles, cultural and academic backgrounds. Proficiency in the use of MS Office and Course Management Programs.
