The selected candidate will work closely with the Prof. Michael Frese and with Prof. Song Zhaoli, Dept. of Management and Organization at NUS Business School on cutting-edge cross-disciplinary research projects on innovation teams, innovation success, culture, entrepreneurship; we will develop Asia-centric instruments to differentially understand innovation processes in Singapore, China, India, Indonesia, and possibly Japan (more details on the project at: https://bizfaculty.nus.edu.sg/epics/).
The candidate should have advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in organizational behavior, psychology, management, or related fields. He/she should have good statistical skill and should have co-published articles or manuscript that are soon submitted. The compensation is competitive which includes the standard health and insurance benefits provided by NUS.
A Ph.D. degree in psychology, organizational behavior, international management, cross-cultural approaches, or other related fields is desired. Prior publications are a plus. Prior experience working on research projects in an academic or industry setting is a plus (applications of candidates who are near to finishing their PhD are encouraged).
Appointments will be on a term-contract of minimum 1 year and up to a maximum of 3 years. Salaries are globally competitive and commensurate with candidate's qualifications, track record, potential, experience.
