Detailed Job Description
The Management Department in the Saunders College of Business (SCB) invites applications for a full-time tenure-track assistant professor position starting in August 2020. Candidates who are close to completing their doctoral degree in organizational behavior or related areas are encouraged to apply. Teaching load is 2/2 for pre-tenure faculty and includes teaching undergraduate and graduate courses such as organizational behavior, creativity, innovation, and/or decision-making. Strong research and teaching potential are expected.
Required Minimum Qualifications
Ph.D. or ABD in organizational behavior or related area from an AACSB or equivalently accredited university.
Potential to publish high-quality scholarship.
Potential to teach undergraduate- and graduate-level courses such as organizational behavior, creativity, innovation, and/or decision-making.
Ability to contribute in meaningful ways to the College’s continuing commitment to cultural diversity, pluralism, and individual differences.
