The George L. Argyros School of Business and Economics at Chapman University invites applications for an Assistant Professor position in Management beginning August 2020 pending final budget approval. Applicants with research interests in Organization Behavior or Organization Theory are encouraged to apply. A focus on Entrepreneurship is desirable but not essential. Candidates must have a doctoral degree and demonstrate the potential to produce academic research of the highest quality and contribute effectively to the school’s teaching mission. Compensation and teaching load are competitive.
The successful candidate may also be appointed to Chapman University's Economic Science Institute as a Research Associate. Led by Nobel Laureate Vernon Smith, the Economic Science Institute (ESI) is a prominent part of the Argyros School of Business and Economics and houses nationally recognized scholars providing collaborative research opportunities across a wide range of research areas in economics and other fields.
