The Ithaca College School of Business invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor of Management position to begin August 16, 2020. Duties include teaching assigned classes in Human Resource Management, Organization Development, Strategic Management, and other courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels; participating in departmental, school, and college service; and advising students as needed. A Ph.D. in a management discipline such as Human Resource Management or a closely related field and a scholarly record preferred. We prefer candidates who have a record of successful college teaching and who share our commitment to professional preparation within the context of an interdisciplinary and immersive liberal arts education. ABD candidates at final stages with teaching experience and scholarly productivity may be considered. The ability to teach Strategic Management and to bring analytics into the Human Resources curriculum is desired but not required.
