Assistant or Associate Professor in Human Resources / Organizational Behavior
The Boise State University Department of Management, within the College of Business and Economics, is hiring a tenure-track Assistant or Associate level faculty member in the area of Human Resources / Organizational Behavior. Applicants should possess knowledge of current best practices in HR/OB and in research methods. Our department and college value both teaching and research, so a strong candidate will have both a stream of research in progress and the aspiration to excel as a teacher. This position will teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in HR/OB in face-to-face and online formats. The initial teaching load is 2-2. The standard teaching load is 3-3 with reductions to 2-3 or 2-2
