Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior/Human Resources Management
Job Summary/Basic Function The Management, Human Resources and Information Systems Area of the Orfalea College of Business at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, is seeking applicants for a full-time, tenure-track, academic year position as Assistant Professor in the primary area of Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management. Interest and ability to teach both undergraduate and graduate (MBA) level classes is desirable. The ideal applicant could also teach human resources management courses, including specialized courses such as people analytics, employment law, or compensation. The position is designed to strengthen Cal Poly’s on-going efforts in enhancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) climate, thus the candidate is expected
