The Peter T. Paul College of Business & Economics at the University of New Hampshire is offering a two-year postdoctoral position with the Management Department. The Postdoctoral Scholar will work closely with management faculty to conduct high-impact research in areas such as leadership, teamwork, decision-making, negotiation, diversity, and conflict. The Postdoctoral Scholar will be granted a research budget that may be augmented with external funding or university grants.
Recent graduates in industrial/organizational psychology, social psychology, organizational behavior, human resource management or related disciplines are encouraged to apply. UNH has a “R1: very high research activity” Carnegie Classification and members of the department have in the past 5-years published in such outlets as Academy of Management Journal, Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Leadership Quarterly, Personnel Psychology, Strategic Management Journal and other top outlets.
Professional development will be provided through participation in faculty development academies with early career faculty, senior faculty coaching, involvement in department activities, and support funds. Responsibilities will include teaching one course annually.
