The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related area, preferably at the PhD level, combined with experience in project coordination, gained in an appropriate professional environment such as a university, research institute, or government department.

Applicants should have strong communication, inter-personal, organizational, problem-solving, critical-thinking, time management, and creative skills, and a demonstrated ability to initiate actions, lead a research team and work with minimal supervision.  Conditions of employment include the ability to occasionally travel to Yukon communities and conferences.
